RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns  
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues  
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items  
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items may be returned in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Exchanges  
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period  
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds  
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
